Azzeddine Guendouz - Site Manager
I am 36 years old, married, and have a five year old son. I come from Algeria “North Africa” and, in addition to my mother tongue –Berber language, I speak English, French and Arabic
I have worked in site management for five years and success usually involves thinking logically and be able to solve problems when they arise. I am very good at that and I have enjoyed doing it in the past for other Companies where I have worked in luxury buildings in the areas of EC1, W2 and W1.
I take a great pride in my work and have an eye for detail.
My hobbies include keeping fit, socialising, swimming and various outdoor pursuits.

Hi, my name is Aston Holness. I m 46 years old and have lived in South London all of my life. I have three grown up daughters and a 10 year old son.
I have been working at Boardwalk Place since May 2009 and I am very happy here. Since the age of 16 I have worked in local authority departments and in the private sector.
The best part of my job is interacting with residents and always being ready to lend a helping hand.
